Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key, a lockbox code or building access. Add entry instructions to your quote request, and we'll confirm by text.
How do you set your prices?
Every home is different, so we quote each one. Your price depends on the size of your home, the type of cleaning, how often we come, any add-ons, and your location and parking. Homes where we have to pay for parking, like many in Boston, may cost a bit more. We'll always give you your price before we start, never after.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring all supplies and equipment. If you'd like us to use your products, such as unscented or specific brands, just let us know.
What is standard cleaning, and why does it start with a deep clean?
Standard cleaning is our recurring service: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. The first visit is always a deep clean so we start from a clean slate, then each regular visit keeps it that way.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Reschedule or cancel by text up to 48 hours before your visit at no charge.
What other services do you offer?
Besides standard, deep and move-in/move-out cleaning, we clean apartments and condos, do post-construction cleanups, clean offices and small businesses, and clean garages and basements. Request a free quote for any of them.
Are your cleaning products safe?
We use trusted household cleaning products and follow the directions on every label. If anyone in your home has allergies or sensitivities, or you'd prefer unscented or eco-friendly products, tell us and we'll use those, or your own.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home and the type of cleaning. A first-visit deep clean or a move-out takes longer than a regular recurring visit. We'll give you a time estimate along with your quote.
Do you clean offices and businesses?
Yes. We clean offices, small shops and shared common areas on a regular schedule that works around your hours. Request a free quote and tell us about your space.
Do you do post-construction cleaning?
Yes. After a renovation or new build, we clean up the fine dust, paint specks and leftover mess so the space is ready to live in. Every project is different, so we'll ask for photos, a video call or a quick visit before we quote.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Absolutely. Let us know about pets in your quote request so our cleaners can plan for them.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle and check. You pay after the cleaning is done.
